This is Cobalt, however, with v10 making changes we don't agree with, but being the only place updated to continue serving downloads, we have forked it, removed branding as instructed, and removed all restrictions on who and what can use the download API. Bandwidth just isn't that expensive. All credit to Cobalt devs.
